10月28日，西湖大学工学院和王蕾老师邀请北京林业大学材料科学与技术学院教授、博士生导师许凤教授来我校作学术讲座（线上）。王蕾老师作为此次讲座的的主持人，同学们更是踊跃参与聆听。
许凤教授以“Cellulose Dissolving in Green Solvent and Preparation of Functional Materials”为主题，报告了“Cellulose is one of the most promising feedstocks for the production of advanced biomaterials due to its being non-toxic, readily available, and resource-rich. At present, the research focus of cellulose is mainly on its dissolution process, functionalization, and industrial application. My presentation summarizes the research progress on the green dissolution of cellulose and the application of cellulose-based functional materials. The functional materials based on cellulose paper, regenerated cellulose, and nanocellulose for applications in diverse fields such as food packaging, light management, strain and pressure sensors, triboelectric nanogenerators, thermal management, and oil absorption are well discussed. Finally, cellulose development in the future is also been prospected.”
本次讲座，内容丰富，问题深刻，既拓宽了学生们的专业视野，又为环境方向的发展提供了借鉴。
