1）已取得或即将取得化学、化学工程、材料科学、环境科学与工程、计算机科学等专业博士学位（副研究员、助理研究员、博士后）或硕士学位（科研助理），具有独立开展上述交叉学科方向高水平研究工作的能力；

2）热爱科研，具备良好的英语表达能力和论文写作能力，近3年在有影响力的期刊上以第一作者身份发表过SCI学术论文；

3）协助团队负责人申请、承担重要科研项目和协助指导研究生（副研究员、助理研究员、博士后）。

1）根据个人科研工作能力和博士后有关规定从优发放（待遇较本省其他高校更具竞争力）。实验室将提供稳定的工作环境与一流的研究平台，协助申报博士后相关项目，并根据兴趣与需求支持个人的职业发展。

2）对获得中国博士后科学基金资助和浙江省博士后择优项目资助的，杭州市给予1:1配套资助。对出站留杭（来杭）工作的博士后，杭州市给予每人40万元补助。

1) Obtained or about to obtain a doctoral degree (Associate Research Professors, Assistant Research Professors, and Postdoctoral Fellows) or a master's degree (Research Assistant) in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, environmental science and engineering, etc., with the ability to independently carry out high-level research work in the above cross-disciplinary directions;
