1）已取得或即将取得化学、化学工程、材料科学、环境科学与工程等专业博士学位（副研究员、助理研究员、博士后）或硕士学位（科研助理），具有独立开展上述交叉学科方向高水平研究工作的能力；

2）良好的英语表达能力和论文写作能力，近3年在有影响力的期刊上以第一作者身份发表过SCI学术论文；协助团队负责人申请、承担重要科研项目和协助指导研究生；

3）岗位四需要参与研发方案设计、负责采样与测试等工作，需要短期出差；

4）岗位四具有行业标准起草等技术资料的撰写工作经验者优先考虑。

5）完成项目开发过程中所需相关仪器的操作和维护使用。

(1) Obtained or about to obtain a doctoral degree (Associate Research Professors, Assistant Research Professors, and Postdoctoral Fellows) or a master's degree (Research Assistant) in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, environmental science and engineering, etc., with the ability to independently carry out high-level research work in the above cross-disciplinary directions;

(2) Have fluent English communication and writing skills, and have published SCI academic papers in the recent 3 years; assist the team leader in applying for and undertaking important scientific research projects and assist in supervising graduate students;

(3) Position 4 needs to participate in the design project experiment plans, responsible for sampling and testing, etc., and short-term business trips;

(4) Experience in drafting industrial standards and other technical information documentation is preferred for Position 4.

(1) The laboratory will provide a stable working environment and a first-class research platform, assist in the declaration of postdoctoral projects, and support the career development of individuals according to their interests and needs.

(2) Hangzhou will provide 1:1 support for those who have been awarded the China Postdoctoral Science Fund and the Zhejiang Provincial Postdoctoral Project. For the postdocs who stay in Hangzhou (come to Hangzhou) to work, Hangzhou will offer 400,000 RMB subsidy.

(2) Responsible for reactor construction and operation, familiar with hydrothermal reactions, product analysis, material characterization, plant culture experiments and tests;

(3) Participate in the design of project experiment plans, patents application and research articles writing;

(4) Industry standards drafting and other technical information writing experience is preferred for Position 3;

(5) Operation and maintenance of relevant instruments during the project execution.
