1) Obtained or about to obtain a doctoral degree (Associate Research Professors, Assistant Research Professors, and Postdoctoral Fellows) or a master's degree (Research Assistant) in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, environmental science and engineering, etc., with the ability to independently carry out high-level research work in the above cross-disciplinary directions;

2) Love scientific research, have fluent English communication and writing skills, and have published SCI academic papers in the recent 3 years; assist the team leader in applying for and undertaking important scientific research projects and assist in supervising graduate students;

1) The laboratory will provide a stable working environment and a first-class research platform, assist in the declaration of postdoctoral projects, and support the career development of individuals according to their interests and needs.

2) Hangzhou will provide 1:1 support for those who have been awarded the China Postdoctoral Science Fund and the Zhejiang Provincial Postdoctoral Project. For the postdocs who stay in Hangzhou (come to Hangzhou) to work, Hangzhou will offer 400,000 RMB subsidy.
