徐环斐老师以“Machine Learning andMolecular Simulationof Deep EutecticSolvent Pretreatmentof Lignocellulose”为主题,报告了“Lignocellulosic biomass has emerged as a promising source for renewable energy andbio-based products. However, the recalcitrant nature of lignocellulosic biomass poseschallenges for efficient conversion. We investigate the application of DES for pretreatinglignocellulosic biomass, aiming to reduce its recalcitrance and improve subsequentconversion processes. A machine learning algorithms are employed to understand therelationship between solvent properties and lignocellulosic biomass pretreatmentefficiency. By training and optimizing models on a dataset comprising a wide range ofsolvents and biomass characteristics, we can predict the performance of novel solventsand identify the optimal conditions for effective DES pretreatment.Furthermoremolecular simulations are employed to explore the underlying mechanismsOf DESinteractions with lignocellulosic biomass at the molecular level. Through simulations, wegain insights into the solvent's ability to disrupt the lignocellulosic structure.increaseaccessibility to enzymes, and promote solute extraction. By combining machine learningand molecular simulation, this research aims to providea comprehensive understandingof DES pretreatment of lignocellulosic biomass”。
